Taking a break from my on-going blogging topic, here's a poem I wrote while I was sitting in my class today. I was way away from the place I was sitting at and yet I was nowhere. The poem perhaps is also incomplete just like the mood under which I wrote it. Just didn't feel like writing after that. Talk about being moody :) . Anyways, here it goes:
Around is the world;
The voices, the questions,
unknown answers, further discussions.
The world is moving,
and still is there a lull.
The silence within,
the desperation inside.
A braindead face,
an emotionless heart.
A drop of tear,
a needless smile.
A purposeless chit-chat,
a streak of fear.
A drooping eye tears through the skin,
am reminded, need some air within.
Staring at nothing, not even trying to make sense,
a restlesness is there, so is a silence dense...
Perhaps, there is a sense in a random ramble too. Or maybe not.........

To feel silence dense , makes some sense when ur tense lol was trying to rhyme So ur into poetry patha nahin tha. I am sure you will be able to come up with another facet of an undefined emotion pretty soon. Can anticipate that. which class was it philosophy or marxism? i understand none while that's the one which makes me mum and keeps me glum .
I am only taught this yaar 24 * 7 so that kinda explains this mum glum shayri from my end

And m'aam Gargi, that was some real crappy shayari u did. U will definitely match me in that ;). And please don't ask me where it falls. coz I am even more ignorant than u are :P. And well, yeah, I do poetry sometimes. And these "some times" are always the times I am sitting in the class room with my mind wandering to a totally different location ;). Might update my blog with my other poems but I guess that will take a lot of time.

regarding the poem ...seems that offlate ur mood is meandering across all the lowness and dullness of the human life...
to be frank u did try to rhyme some words...and to a novice like me it made some sense...
though i m not the right to give any sort of judgement....but to me its good for a beginner.... :)

yeah, i write poems. but rarely. and as i have commented above, i write it only in classes. used to write in my first year of kgp too ;). and yeah, it's totally novice. am not even sure if it should be called poetry. Though, I try to rhyme th words :D. makes it easier to read the writing. But largely, it's what comes to my mind.
And abt state of mind, well, my writing is the reflection :). But as i said, it's just a facet and that too of an incomplete emotion. don't want to complete it.
btw, i was surprised with the choice of ur words. nice..... i couldn't have guessed that it's u. B-school certainly has taught u well :P
what the hell...u were writing poems in 1st yr of engg.....and i was not aware of that....anyways do share more of that...
